The Mission Control Unit (MCU) features a fully integrated touchscreen interface, providing intuitive control over mission operations and seamless data visualization. Its customized display and Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) configuration offer adaptable setups tailored to specific mission requirements, ensuring operational flexibility and a streamlined workflow.

Designed with a plug & play philosophy, the MCU allows for rapid deployment across various workstation environments. Its tool-free, quick mount and demount capability enables effortless installation and removal, making it ideal for dynamic mission needs. The system is engineered for smooth integration with other mission components, enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Connectivity & Data Handling

The MCU enables real-time data transfer from airborne sensors to ground command centers, ensuring critical mission information is delivered instantly for immediate decision-making. In Line of Sight (LOS) operations, data is transmitted through ground antennas, providing a stable, high-speed connection with a range of up to 150 kilometers. For Beyond Line of Sight (BLOS) scenarios, the MCU leverages available 3G, 4G, or 5G cellular networks to maintain continuous data links, even in remote areas.

Additionally, the MCU integrates AIS (Automatic Identification System) functionality, allowing it to receive and overlay vessel positions from AIS data onto visual feeds captured by EO/IR cameras or radar. This enhances situational awareness and supports accurate target identification and tracking.

The system also includes an onboard data recorder with sufficient storage capacity to capture the full duration of each mission. After the mission, data can be quickly retrieved using removable SD cards, enabling efficient post-mission debriefings and in-depth analysis by technical and intelligence teams.
